General Questions

  • Do you deliver every image you shoot?

    No, we do not. Each wedding is processed through our editing system. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, shots with bad expressions, and missed focused shots. We dedicate hours on our end to expertly select each image so that you don't have to! With our years of experience in processing millions of images per year, we only deliver the best ones.

  • Have you shot at my venue before?

    After many years, we have shot at hundreds of venues, there is always a good chance that we have. Recently, there has been a boom of venues, therefore if we have not, we always arrive to the venue much earlier than expected and thoroughly tour the venue to scout the best photographic locations. A fresh set of eyes on a venue is always advantagenous for creative opportunities. We also perform extensive research beforehand.

  • Do you do headshots, individual portraits, or family sessions?

    We sure do! Contact us for more information.

  • Will a contract be required for booking?

    Absolutely! We do not book an event without a contract in place.

Wedding Day Questions

  • What if it rains on my wedding day? Outside photos are important to me!

    In the event that the forecase shows rain, we will always ensure you receive beautiful photos. The forecast is an important priority for us, and we prepare for that beforehand.

  • Should I make a photo list, how do I make sure you get all of the most important photos?

    Sure! Any information that you can provide to us is helpful to prioritize the most important photos to you. We have a general photo list memorized, therefore if you have specific shots in mind, please do let us know!

  • What happens if we go over contracted amount of time?

    We understand not everything goes as planned, we do not just pack up and leave at the strike of the contracted end time. We dedicate the entire day for your wedding, therefore instead we will ask if you would like to add on extra time. If so, our rate is $200 per hour per service and must be paid immediately.

Post Production Questions

  • What steps do you take to ensure the security of my image files/video after the event?

    Immediately upon returning to our office, we make several local copies of the files as well as a cloud backup.

  • Yes, all of the images on your gallery are edited. We do not upload or deliver any unfinished product.

  • What do you mean by edited?

    Edited images have been corrected for exposure, color balance, and cropping.

  • What is advanced custom editing?

    Advanced custom editing is changing and altering body parts, removing or adding objects thus requiring more time and attention and resulting in an extra charge. Contact us for more information.

  • Can I pay extra for raw photos/video files?

    As forementioned, we do not deliver every image we shoot/raw files. Please see answer under General Questions.

  • What music will my videos have?

    The highlight films typically have music that is selected from our royalty free music library. Our documentary films include music/songs that were involved in the wedding.

Delivery of Photos & Films

  • How many photos will I receive?

    We typically shoot 100 photos per hour on average. This number also depends on your event, bridal party, guest count, activities, etc.

  • How long will it take to receive my photos?

    Per our contract, wedding galleries are delivered 45 days after your wedding date. Depending on the season, the delivery date may be sooner than the noted timeframe.

  • How long will it take to receive my videos?

    Per our contract, wedding films are delivered 60 days after your wedding date. Depending on the season, the delivery date may be sooner than the noted timeframe.

  • Will my photos be watermarked?

    No, they will not. Photos are delivered free of watermarks, unless specifically asked for by vendors. In which case, we request that they contact us directly.
