All photography requests should be made via our form.
It is important to fill this out as fully as possible for each property to ensure we have all the information we need to do the job properly.
Available Mon - Fri, Sundays by request & extra fee.
Billing & Payment
Invoices will be sent out via PayPal to the Agents' email on file at the time of image delivery.
Payment should be made within 48 Hours of receiving the photo gallery via PayPal or Check.
Invoices not paid within 72 hours will accrue a late fee of $25.
Images will be delivered when they are ready via our image hosting site. The instructions for downloading the images can be found here.
Images will be sent to the Agents' email on file, with a turnaround time of 24 hours.
Appointments are taken on a first come, first serve basis. We are setting aside specific time to travel & take photos of your listing. We will not take any other projects that would conflict with the set appointment. For this reason, there will be a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $50.00 if you need to modify the appointment after it has already been confirmed.
